You can change the product you received for a different size, color or design within 14 days of receiving your original order, with our courier company Speedex (this return is free). Any change other than the first one will be charged back to the customer.

In case the customer for personal reasons wants to return the product, without replacing it, the return costs will be charged (See withdrawal).


In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer.

This means:

Do not have any damage and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product.
To be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, and not used)
Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

The customer must deliver the parcel with the product to be returned packaged as received, in order to ensure its safe transport to any Speedex Courier store that serves him.

The refund is made by deposit in the customer’s bank account.

It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product with the extra charge listed above. In case the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, worth equal to the resulting difference. Refunds for the above case are not made.


You have the right to return the product you bought within 14 days from the shipment of the product, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only in case the product has not been used – to request a refund of the price you paid us. Return costs are borne by the customer & must be paid directly by you to the courier.

In case the payment of the order has been made by COD, the additional amount charged to the order will not be refunded by the above payment method, as well as in case shipping costs have been charged, the amount charged to the order will not be refunded.

Withdrawal return procedure:

In case of withdrawal, send us the parcel by any courier you wish at our headquarters, at your own expense.

Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase & a note stating the Iban account you wish to refund, bank name and beneficiary.

Note that :

The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you must make sure that they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and can not be damaged on the road!

All goods will be inspected upon return to the company.

In case a product is returned in improper condition, we will have to send it back to you.

In case a product is returned by courier that we do not work with and we charge our own, we will have to send it back to you

The company does not bear any responsibility for any products that have been returned to us by mistake.

We recommend that you keep the receipt & the courier shipping number until your return process is completed.
